PG Trends respects your privacy. PG Trends is a brand of Found You Funds LLC, New York. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Free kit & newsletter: your first name and email address, when you sign up. We send the free kit and our email newsletter; you can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Mobile phone & text messages (optional): if you give us your mobile number, we store it with your signup. We only send text messages if you also tick the separate SMS consent box, and we keep a record of that consent (the date, the wording you agreed to and the page). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of a purchase, and we do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
  • Purchases: name, email and billing details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
  • Site analytics: This site remembers each visitor’s first source (for example YouTube, X or direct) for 90 days in your browser, using the link’s utm_source tag or the site you came from, and we use this only to understand where visitors come from.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchases and provide support.
  • To deliver the free kit and send the newsletter you asked for (unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email, or through our contact form).
  • To send text messages only if you opted in to texts (reply STOP to stop).
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

Processors

Stripe (payments), IONOS (website hosting; newsletter and contact-form submissions are stored in our WordPress database), [email provider] (newsletter, once set up), [SMS provider] (text messages, once set up). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep purchase records as required by law and newsletter and phone data until you unsubscribe or opt out, plus a record of your consent and opt-out.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data through our contact form. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) you may have additional rights.
