4. Service plans, pricing and billing

This part covers our done-for-you AI Agent Teams and our two build packages (the Fully Built CRM and the Brand-New Automated Website): what you get, what it costs, and how billing and cancelling work. We kept it short and plain. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you sign up.

How your service works

• Giavanna is your AI front-desk agent. She is an AI, not a person, and she always says so.
• Calls and texts run on HighLevel Voice AI, using a standard voice.
• LC Phone, HighLevel's phone service, handles the phone side: receiving calls, forwarding calls and sending missed-call texts.

Plans and monthly prices

• Starter Team: $197 a month. Includes 300 AI phone minutes each month. Texting is included in your monthly price. The $497 setup fee is waived with a two-month commitment (see "Our Starter setup gift" below).
• Growth Team: $397 a month. Includes 500 AI phone minutes each month. Texting is included in your monthly price. Setup is $997, paid one time.
• Lead Team: $247 a month. Includes 200 AI phone minutes each month. Texting is included in your monthly price. Setup is $497, paid one time.
• Front Office (full team): $597 a month. Includes 750 AI phone minutes each month. Setup is $1,497, paid one time.
• Fully Built CRM: $197 a month. Setup is $997, paid one time. A CRM built for you in HighLevel, inside PG Trends' account. No AI phone minutes are included. Normal texting and email for one business is included.
• Brand-New Automated Website: $147 a month. Setup is $997, paid one time. A new website of up to 5 pages, with hosting and small monthly updates, wired to your forms, booking, chat and missed-call texts. No AI phone minutes are included.

Only the Starter Team setup fee is waived. The Growth Team, the Lead Team, the Front Office (full team), the Fully Built CRM and the Brand-New Automated Website keep their setup fees. Extra AI phone minutes apply only to plans that include AI phone minutes.

Extra minutes

If you use more AI phone minutes in a month than your plan includes, each extra minute is $0.25. We add extra minutes to your next invoice, so you can see exactly what you used.

Our Starter setup gift

When you start the Starter Team with a two-month commitment, we waive the $497 setup fee. That's $497 back in your pocket.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee comes first. If you cancel within your first 30 days, you get your money back and you don't owe the $497 setup fee.

The one rule that comes with the gift: if you cancel after your first 30 days but before your two months are up, the $497 setup fee becomes due. Stay for the two months and you never pay it.

Voice options

A standard voice is included with every plan. A premium voice or speech-to-speech AI is not included and can cost up to $0.36 per minute. We only add it if you ask for it and agree to the cost in writing first.

Billing

• Monthly plans are billed once a month, in advance.
• Setup fees, where they apply, are charged one time.
• Extra minutes are billed with your next invoice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Just send us a message through our contact form. Cancelling stops future monthly charges, and your team keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.

30-day money-back guarantee. Every AI Agent Team comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel before we start building your team, you get a full refund. After the build, if you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll make it right or give you your money back.

If you're on the Starter Team with the waived setup fee: cancel within your first 30 days and the guarantee applies, so you get your money back and don't owe the $497. Cancel after 30 days but before your two months are up, and the $497 setup fee becomes due, as explained above. For the details, see our Refund Policy.

Build packages. The Fully Built CRM and the Brand-New Automated Website follow the build-package rule in our Refund Policy: full refund if you cancel before your kickoff call. After that, if you're not happy, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right or refund the unused part of the work. Cancelling stops future monthly charges.

Your phone number stays yours

The phone number we set up for your business is yours. If you cancel, you can port (move) it to any phone carrier you choose. Porting your number out doesn't change what you owe: if you cancel the Starter Team after your first 30 days but before your two months are up, the $497 setup fee is still due.

Text-message registration

Phone carriers require a one-time registration before a business can send texts in the US. The carriers charge a one-time fee for it, about $20 to $22.50. PG Trends covers the one-time texting registration fee on every plan: the Starter Team, the Growth Team, the Lead Team, the Front Office (full team), the Fully Built CRM and the Brand-New Automated Website. PG Trends pays that fee for you, so you never see a separate charge for it. If you have more than one plan with us, the business registers once. We handle the registration with you during setup, and missed-call texts start once it's approved.

Texting included. Texting is included in the monthly price of the Starter Team, the Growth Team and the Lead Team, with unlimited texting under fair use. There's no extra charge per text. Fair use is up to 2,000 texts a month on the Starter Team and the Lead Team, and up to 4,000 texts a month on the Growth Team. Texts you send and texts you receive both count, and a text longer than 160 characters counts as two or more. If your texting goes past that, we'll talk with you first before anything changes. Texting is for normal conversations with your own customers, not bulk marketing messages, and anyone can reply STOP to stop getting texts.

A real person is always in the loop

Giavanna handles your front desk, but you stay in charge. Urgent calls can be forwarded to your own phone, so you can step in whenever it matters.

We don't promise income, sales or any specific results. Every business is different. AI can make mistakes, so please check what your team does, especially in the first few weeks.
